  • Tooling and operational asset data

  • Enhance performance and insights

  • Provide technical support and analytics



3 Slytek Intellectual Property

Slytek owns the:

  • Software platform and code

  • Documentation and interface designs

  • Logos, trademarks, and branding

No rights are granted except those explicitly written in these Terms.

4 Subscriptions, Pricing & Payments

Commercial pricing, subscription terms, support plans, and deployment details are defined in separate customer agreements.

These agreements take precedence over any conflicting website content.

5 Availability & Service Changes

Slytek strives for maximum uptime and smooth operations. However, we may:

  • Update or improve platform functionality

  • Patch security or reliability issues

  • Modify or discontinue features with notice

We are not responsible for downtime caused by network failures, customer systems, or third-party components.

6 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information, including:

  • Business operational details

  • Improvement strategies

  • Non-public deployment information

Confidential data will not be shared externally without permission.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for lost production, tooling, or business profits

  • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to Slytek in the prior 12 months


Industrial processes inherently involve risk — customers are responsible for safe machine operation.

8 Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated.

Upon termination:

  • Access to the Services will end

  • Data may be returned or deleted upon request and agreement

8 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Disputes will be handled in Colorado courts.
